For several weeks now, the nation has been groaning under the hardship caused by the infusion of the new naira notes and withdrawal of the old ones from circulation.
In the light of this, Ondo state government has taken steps to address the situation of hardship occasioned by the development by meeting Bank officials in the state on the need to continue to dispense the old notes to alleviate people’s sufferings.
OSRC’s Timilehin Falade reports that the meeting was held at the Cocoa conference hall of the Governor’s office,Akure.
