President Bola Tinubu has declared that the schedule plans for the 2027 elections will go even without him attending every rally.

Asiwaju made the declaration at the inauguration of the All Progressives Congress APC Presidential campaign council members in Abuja.

According the president, there is no law mandating a candidate to attend every campaign rally .

In his words…… “You will excuse me from going everywhere with you. However, I will still make room to talk to Nigerians directly. The responsibility of this office does not pause, and we have bills to pay.’

He posited further…. ” Our American creditors can not wait. The foreign investors must coming in, so, the job must not wait”

President Tinubu also tasked women members of the , whom he described as great mobilisers to go all out in ensuring victory for the party.

He assured the women that the women reserve seats bill will be passed very soon.

The inauguration ceremony was the first of its kind as State Governors of opposition parties attended.

They include Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra APGA and Governor Ademola Adeleke ACCORD as well as the national leader of the Peoples Democratic party Nyesom Wike who is the FCT minister.
