It is with a heavy heart, yet with total submission to the will of Almighty God, that I extend my heartfelt condolence to the Honourable Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Ondo State, Alhaji Amidu Takuro, on the passing of his beloved father, Alhaji Idris Ojakunle Takuro.

The death of a father is a profound loss that transcends words — a departure that silences a voice of wisdom and leaves a vacuum no earthly comfort can fill.

“The passing of a father is not merely the loss of a parent; it is the loss of a foundation, a counsellor, and a living archive of values. Alhaji Idris Ojakunle Takuro lived a life of honour, discipline, and quiet service. His legacy is not written only in words, but in the exemplary character of the children he raised.”

The life of the departed patriarch was a testament to purposeful living — a life anchored on faith, integrity, and commitment to family and community. The towering moral stature of Hon. Commissioner Amidu Takuro is a direct reflection of the home and heritage from which he emerged.

On behalf of the Management and Staff of OSRC Media Group, I commiserate with the Commissioner, his siblings, and the entire Takuro family at this difficult moment. I urge them to find solace in the enduring impact of their father’s life and in the assurance that a good name outlives the grave.

I pray that Almighty God will grant the family strength, fortitude, and divine comfort to bear this irreparable loss, and grant the departed patriarch eternal rest in Aljannah Firdaus.

Please accept my deepest sympathy.
