COVID-19: No approval for schools resumption yet, says Akeredolu

Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, says he has not given approval for the reopening of schools. The governor during the 6th weekly COVID-19 media briefing at the government house in Akure, said the porous borders and entry points are the biggest threats to efforts of government to contain the spread of coronavirus in the state. OSRC TV Reporter, Wahab Bankole, reports that Akeredolu said if the people responsible for manning of the borders had resisted the illegal entry of individuals into the state, the new cases would not have occurred.
