The present administration in Ondo State will sustain every effort towards promoting the welfare of Nigeria’s heroes past especially those who fought for the protection of the country’s territorial integrity. Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu at a special jumat service to commemorate the 2022 Armed Forces Remembrance Day celebration in Akure, reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to religious harmony in the state. Government House correspondent, Wahab Bankole reports that the governor appealed to the federal government to set machineries in motion towards enhancing the welfare of widows and dependants of falling heroes.
