Ondo State Government has acquired hecters of land to provide affordable housing for civil servants.
General Manager of the State Development and Property Corporation, Mr Nasiru Oseni disclosed this while playing host to members of the Ondo State House of Assembly Committee on Lands and Housing in Akure and said over 10 hectares of land have been acquired for the first phase.
House of Assembly correspondent, Omosileola Adesoye-Ajayi reports that the General Manager also said efforts are on to ensure proper maintainance of government assets.
