The Commander of Amotekun Corps in Ondo state, Mr Adetunji Adeleye has threatened to confiscate cows found destroying farmlands in the state while their owners would be prosecuted.
The Amotekun boss issued the threat in Akure while releasing some cows arrested by the corps in Ifedore local government area of the state to their owners after they agreed to compensate the affected farmers for the damage done to their farmlands.
OSRC’s Richard Ilesanmi reports that Adeleye also warned herders against behaviours and actions inimical to food production in the state.
