The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC has commended efforts of the Ondo state government in the health sector, particularly in the fight against coronavirus among other diseases.
Some officials of the NCDC during a visit to the first Molecular Biology laboratory being constructed by the Akeredolu administration in Ondo town, promised more support for the state in expanding testing capacity against diseases.
OSRC’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that the state government is putting finishing touches to the facility and another isolation centre situated at the University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, Ondo Complex.
