The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC has closed its defence for evidence-in-rebuttal at the Ondo State 2020 Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Akure.
The Commission closed its case after calling its Director of Operations in Ondo State, Tope Aina who insisted that the October 10 Governorship was credible and conducted in substantial complaince with the 2010 Electoral Act as amended and other guildelines.
OSRC’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that hearing has been adjourned till tomorrow (Wednesday) to enable the All Progressives Congress, APC open defence for evidence-in-rebuttal.
