An Ondo State High Court sitting in Akure, hearing the trial of founder of Sotitobire Praising Chapel Akure, Prophet Alfa Babatunde, over the disappearance of one year old Gold Kolawole last year, has admitted as exhibit, the church’s register that had the toddler’s name on the day he was missing during service.
The court presided over by Justice Olusegun Odusola also rejected an application by Prophet Babatunde’s lawyer to unfreeze his 5 accounts frozen by the DSS.
Shola Ilesanmi reports that the court granted the prosecution’s application to file additional proof of evidence and call fresh witnesses.
