A Veterinarian, Richard Akinnagbe, who is the third witness for the founder of Sotitobire Praising Chapel, Prophet Babatunde Alfa, has told an Ondo High Court in Akure that officials of Department of State Services, allegedly tore three statements he wrote in their custody on the disappearance of one year old Gold Kolawole.
But the state Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Adekola Olawoye SAN, while cross-examining, Dr Akinnagbe described him as a meddlesome interloper in the case whose testimony contains lies.
Shola Ilesanmi reports that hearing in the case has been adjourned till June 30, 2020, while Akinnagbe’s statement in DSS custody was accepted as exhibit despite opposition by the defense.
