Some Herbal practitioners in Akure, the Ondo State capital have urged the federal government to explore the potential in local herbs as treatment for coronavirus.

This followed the recommendation of Ooni of ife, oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi on the need for home-grown herbal cure for the killer disease.
