A midnight Inferno has razed a shopping complex at Ijoka area of Akure, destroying goods worth millions of naira.
No fewer than six shops were affected in the complex located at Abusoro junction.
The cause of the fire incident could not be ascertained as at the time of filing this report.
The shops , according to sources, are being powered by solar light .
The owners who had stocked their shops with bags of rice, frozen chicken, and turkey among others for the Yuletide are now counting their losses.
According to the victims, they obtained loans to stock the shops, and they are now appealing to spirited Nigerians and government to come to their aid.
