Insecurity: Akeredolu promises life insurance for Amotekun operatives.

As part of efforts to encourage operatives of the Ondo State Security Network Agency, Operation Amotekun to be more resolute in the onslaught against criminals, the state government has promised them a life insurance policy. Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu during a solidarity route match to his office by the Amotekun operatives, reassured them of his determination to prioritize their welfare. OSRC’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that Commander of the corps, Adetunji Adeleye also held a quarterly appraisal meeting with Amotekun operatives in Akure and promised innovations in the fight against kidnappings and other forms of crimes in the state.
