The Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Eyitayo Jegede has said he is not aware of any court decision faulting the emergence of the Mai Bala Buni led Caretaker Committee of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
While testifying as the first and star witness in his petition, Jegede however said he is challenging the selection process of Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and his running mate as well as their victory in the October 10 election.
OSRC’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that the Deputy Governor-Elect, Lucky Aiyedatiwa and the leadership of the APC and PDP were present on the first day of the proper hearing of the petition.
