Sunshine Stars FC have unveiled their fixtures for the 2026/2027 Nigeria National League (NNL) season, as the Akure-based club targets a return to the Nigerian Premier Football League.

Orange FM monitored the fixture announcement on the club’s official Facebook page.

The Owena Whales will begin their campaign with an away clash against Edel FC on November 7, 2026, before hosting Remo Stars FC in their first home fixture on November 14.

They will welcome Stormers Sports Club to the Ondo State Sports Complex on November 21, before travelling to face Godswill Akpabio United FC on November 28.

In December, Sunshine Stars will travel to Calabar to take on Rovers FC on December 5, observe a bye week, and return to action against Crown FC of Ogbomoso on December 19.

The Akure side will face Heartland FC twice in January, hosting the first leg on January 16 before travelling for the return fixture on January 31. Matches against Eko United and Crown FC are also scheduled for February.

Following a bye on February 20, Sunshine Stars will enter the final stretch of the campaign with fixtures against Rovers FC, Godswill Akpabio United FC, Stormers SC and Remo Stars FC.

The team will conclude the regular season at home against Edel FC on March 27, 2027.

All fixtures are scheduled to kick off at 4 p.m., subject to changes by the league management.
