The Vice Chancellor of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko, Prof. Olugbenga Ìgè has appealed to well-to-do individuals, corporate bodies and philanthropists to join the University in building more hostels for its students.

Prof. Ige who made the appeal last Monday at a press conference to herald activities for the school’s 10th and 11th convocation said the University is disturbed that 90 percent of its students still live off campus.

OSRC’s Richard Ilesanmi reports that 53 out of the 5,145 presented for Convocation are in the First Class category.
