Wife of Ondo State Governor, Arabinrin Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu has urged women vying for elected offices to devise the strategies needed to secure the necessary political support to wasting resources.
Mrs Anyanwu-Akeredolu was speaking in Akure at a meeting with women aspirants from the All Progressive Congress, APC in Ondo State, where she mentored them on Nigeria’s political climate.
Government House Correspondent, Omorinola Hungbeji reports that the First Lady noting that men are more favored in Africa’s political system, urged women to do more in their consultations to enlist the support of the party’s stalwarts.
