Ondo residents lament gunmen attack on lawmaker, call security agencies to action

Concerned residents of Ondo State have urged security agencies and relevant authorities to unravel the mystery surrounding thursday night’s attack on the lawmaker representing Akoko Southwest constituency 1 Olugbenga Omole and apprehend those behind the assault. Residents who spoke said it is important criminals perpetrating heinous crime with the intention to hit up the polity and destabilise the peace being enjoyed in Ondo State are unmasked. OSRC’s Zaheed Aribisala reports that Mr Omole who was allegedly attacked within akure metropolis escaped death by whiskers.
