To spur farmers for better productivity in quality CoCoa production, A group Barry Callebaleaut Nigeria has flag off the distribution of premiums to no fewer than 3000 farmers.
At the flag off ceremony, the Group’s Sustainability Operations Manager Mr Mujib Oniyide said 171 million naira will be disbursed to cocoa farmers in Ondo, Osun, Ogun and Cross River states for prioritizing quality cocoa farming in the 2022/ 2023 season.
OSRC’s Zaheed Aribisala reports that the farmers were also rewarded with farm inputs.
