The Court of Appeal, Abuja has fixed Friday, 3rd November, 2023 for hearing of the Appeal by the State House of Assembly against the ex parte Order granted by the Federal High Court restraining the House and the Ondo State Chief Judge from proceeding with the impeachment of the State Deputy Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
