National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Adams Oshiomole at a meeting with members of the Progressive Governors’ Forum in Abuja said the party does not entertain any fear about his popularity in Ondo state
While commenting on the mode of primaries for the Edo governorship election, Oshiomole said the national leadership of the party is yet to receive a formal complaint from Governor Obaseki rejecting the proposed primaries.
Oshiomhole described Governors as assets to the party adding that once a candidate emerges all must work to persuade the people in the respective States to favour APC with their votes.
PGF chairman, Atiku Bagudu, said that the meeting became necessary to resolve many outstanding issues since the resolution of the crisis that almost consumed the party.
