Towards strengthening governance and enhancing service delivery to the people of Ondo State, Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa has approved the appointment of one Commissioner, three Special Advisers, 90 Senior Special Assistants and 910 Special Assistants.
Erelu Taibat Yemi Oloruntoba from Akoko North-West Local Government has been nominated as Commissioner for Special Duties and her name forwarded to the State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation.
The three Special Advisers are:
- Hon. Abimbola Fajolu (Ileoluji-Okeigbo LG), Special Adviser, Environment
- Chief Ade Adeniyi (Ondo West LG), Special Adviser, Rural and Community Development
- Mr. Muyiwa Ogunyemi (Akoko North-East LG), Special Adviser, Transport
The 90 Senior Special Assistants include the following:

- Bidemi Obayangbon, SSA Forestry
- Gboluge Olufunmi Alex, SSA Community Engagement (South)
- Hon. Akin Adeniyi, SSA Community Engagement (Central)

- Kelvin Solomon, SSA Students Affairs
- Adeolu Iwakun, SSA Volunteer Services
- Samson Job Bazuaye, SSA Oil and Gas
- Fade Ojamomi Esq, SSA Youth Empowerment and Job Creation
