An attempt by the Founder of Sotitobire Praising Chapel, Prophet Babatunde Alfa to secure bail in his ongoing trial before an Ondo State High Court in Akure has hit a brickwall after Justice Olusegun Odusola declined his application.
The court also refused the bail application of 6 other church members standing trial with him over the disappearance of one-year-old Gold Kolawole in the church in November 2019.
OSRC’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that the court however unfreezed Prophet Alfa’s accounts which had been frozen by the Department of State Services, DSS.
