The impact of a dual carriage way is now being felt at Ikare, headquarters of Akoko Northeast local government area following accelerated construction of the over 6.5 kilometer dualization project in the town.
OSRC’s Richard Ilesanmi who visited the ancient town, reports that the 2nd layer of the 1.4 kilometer phase 2 of the project has been completed, preparatory to final asphalt laying.
