The Ondo State 2020 Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in Akure has fixed February 25 2021 for adoption of final written addresses by parties.
The Tribunal chairman, Justice Abubarkar Umar announced the adjournment date after Chief Akin Olujimi, counsel to Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu and the Deputy Governor-Elect, Lucky Aiyedatiwa announced the close of defence for evidence-in-rebuttal.
OSRC’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that the All Progressives Congress also closed its case without calling any witness and relied on evidence already tendered before the court.
