Brigadier General Raymond Utsaha has been appointed the new commander of 32 Artillery Brigade, Nigerian Army Owena Cantonment, Akure. OSRC’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that Utsaha who was the Garrison Commander of 34 Artillery Brigade Owerri, succeeds Brigadier General Zakari Abubarkar who has been redeployed to the Nigerian Army school of Artillery in Kaicha, Kaduna state.
