Akeredolu’s wife advocates end to gender bias as world marks 2022 Women’s Day

Wife of Ondo State Governor, Mrs Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu has advocated a constitutional framework that will end gender bias in the country. She also wants elimination of harmful traditional practices limiting women from fully maximizing their potentials. Mrs Anyanwu-Akeredolu spoke in Akure at an event to mark this year’s ‘International Women’s Day’ where she distributed 60 packs of Solayo kits to pregnant women, as reported by OSRC’s Omorinola Hungbeji.
