Economic activities are gradually picking up at the popular Shasha market, home of perishable food items in Akure, North local government area of Ondo State. The relief is coming after days of scarcity of products like Tomato, Pepper and Beans and their high cost. Zaheed Aribisala reports that vehicles loaded with food items from the North are already trickling into the market with expectations that prices will soon stabilize.
