The Lawmaker representing Idanre/Ifedore federal constituency at the Lower Chamber in Abuja, Hon. Tajudeen Adefisoye has won the APC House of Representatives re-election ticket .
Adefisoye,popularly called ‘Small Alhaji’ scored 70 votes to defeat Moshood Bakare who scored 6 votes and the incumbent Speaker of the Ondo State House of Assembly who had 3 votes.
17 delegates could however not vote due to some developments which ensued during the primary election while 3 votes were voided
The election held at Premier Hotel in Igbara-Oke had 100 delegates accredited while voting commenced by 4:’15pm.
Speaking on the victory, Hon. Adefisoye appreciated God and thanked the delegates for the confidence reposed in him.
