23 northerners who violated border closure of Ondo State Government have been arrested.
The non-residents were arrested at Igbaraoke in Ifedore Local Government area of the state.
The truck which was said to be coming from Ibadan axis successfully scaled through Igbara Oke-Owena Border before it was intercepted by the officials of vehicle inspection services VIO in Igbaraoke.
