It was reliably gathered that the victims were kidnapped around 3pm on Friday while traveling to Ifon for the burial ceremony of a parent of one of them.
A source inside the church said that the vehicles conveying the kidnapped choir members were seen abandoned on roadside.
The Police authorities are yet to speak on the incident.
