Futa don proffers solution to building collapse in Nigeria

A professor of civil and structural engineering at the Federal University of Technology Akure FUTA, Chinwuba Arum  has said engineers in the field must be engaged for proper execution of building projects to prevent collapse Omorinola Hungbeji reports that Proffessor Arum during an inaugural lecture noted that the mandate of a structural engineer is to analyse and design load bearing structural components which will ensure stability and longevity of buildings and other infrastructure.
