As part of activities to mark the International Day of Persons Living with Disabilities in Ondo State the Handicaped Education Foundation HANDEF has awarded certificates to trained and empowered twenty five residents including able-bodied people.
Founder of the foundation and wife of former governor of Ondo State Mrs Olufunke Agagu encouraged persons with disabilities not to be downcast with challenges of life but inspired by their potentials for greatness.
