Inferno Destroyed Property Worth Millions in Akure

Property worth millions of naira have been destroyed as a bungalow went up in flames at Oluwatuyi area of Akure, the Ondo State capital.

Eye witnesses said the inferno was caused by an electric spark at about one o clock in the afternoon on Sunday.

OSRC’s Oladoyin Ayegbusi reports that men of the fire service struggled to put out the fire but efforts to salvage the property proved abortive.
