Ondo state Ministry of Water Resources,Public Sanitation and Hygiene has taken the campaign for proper handwashing practice to schools
Permanent secretary in the ministry, Olabode Yusuf during an awareness excersise at Eji Oba high school in Akure North Local Government Area said handwashing with soap and water will help reduce risk of diseases.
OSRC’s Joy Pius reports that the campaign is to mark year 2021 Global Hand Washing Day with the theme “Our Future is at Hand: Let’s Move Forward Together.”
