Ondo 2020: Campaigns begin July 13, says INEC

The countdown to the October 10 Ondo governorship election has begun, following the publication of the Notice of Poll by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC. The Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Ambassador Rufus Akeju told journalists in Akure that the announcement was in line with the electoral laws and guildlines for the conduct of the election. OSRC TV’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that the commission also gave its nod for campaigns to begin July 13 2020.
