Ondo 2020: It’s indirect primaries for APC,16 others, says INEC

The Independent National Electoral Commission, has laid to rest controversies sorrounding the mode of primaries for the All Progressives Congress in the October 10 Ondo governorship election. INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in Ondo state, Rufus Akeju, said the APC indicated its interest to use the indirect mode for the July 20 primaries. Shola Ilesanmi reports that the APC’s indirect primaries alongside 16 other parties has been captured in INEC’s calendar of primaries for the upcoming Ondo election.
