Ondo Council Polls: Adetimehin, others describe Akeredolu as promise keeper

The successful conduct of local government elections in Ondo state as well as inauguration of the new chairmen is a testimony to Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu’s commitment to full autonomy for the third tier of government. OSRC’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that the state chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ade Adetimehin and other stakeholders on local government administration who commended Akeredolu, are upbeat that a new lease of life is in the offing at the grassroots with the election of the council bosses four years after the exercise last held.
