Ondo State Born politician, representing Akoko North East/North West Federal Constituency, Olubunmi Tunji – Ojo has been screened by the Senate.
Tunji – Ojo was among the 28 ministerial nominees sent to the Senate by President Bola Tinubu.
Speaking before the legislators in the upper chamber of the National Assembly, the lawmaker clear air on the discrepancy on his date of birth and issuance of National Youth Service Corp, NYSC, which the Senate observed and raised.
Corroborating what the minister designate said, the Senator representing Ondo Central Senatorial Districts, Adeniyi Adegbonmire emphasized that what the law says is that one have obligation to serve from the day of graduation especially if the person graduated before the age of thirty.
The Senate President then asked the minister designate to take a bow.
