A leading public administrator in Africa, Professor Ladipo Adamolekun has advocated true federalism to uphold the unity and integration of Nigeria.
Adamolekun who stressed this during a conversation with the press and intellectuals to mark his 80th birthday also said political parties must stop adopting former military heads to become party leaders.
