Breaking….. SENEGAL WINS AFCON FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY

The Terenga lions of Senegal have won the 2021 Afcon after defeating the Pharaoh of Egypt by 4-3 .
It was a tension soaked 90 minutes encounter which saw Senegal loosing a penalty by Sadio Mane.
The duel however dragged into extra time as the two African soccer giants failed to find the back of each other’s nets.
The resultant penalty shootouts gave Senegal victory.
The encounter marked the end of the Africa’s biggest soccer tournament hosted by Cameroon whose team came third after beating Burkinafaso in another penalty shootouts.
