A 30 year old Driver, Saka Hassan has been arrested with two fresh human heads in akure the Ondo State capital. The Suspect who claimed to be a commercial driver plying Kogi and Ondo State route was arrested by the combined efforts of security operatives. OSRC’s Omorinola Hungbeji reports that Police will arraign the Suspect after the completion of investigations
