Food Sufficiency: IFAD empowers 100 communities in Ondo state

To revert the consequences of the looming food draught due to disruptions in global food supply, the International Food and Agricultural Development, IFAD has again empowered 150 farmers in Ondo.

Under the programme, about 100 communities are targeted to benefit from the initiative across the state.

OSRC’s Joy Pius reports that the IFAD team also undertook an assessment of benefiting communities in Akoko to ensure standard and compliance.
