Taditional rulers in Ondo state have pledged their support for the success of the Ondo State Security Network Agency, codenamed Operation Amotekun to deepen security at the grassroots.
The monarchs including the Chairman, Council of Obas in the state and Olugbo, Oba Obateru Akinruntan at the passing-out-ceremony for pioneer Amotekun cadets in Akure, also commended the state government for the initiative.
OSRC’s Shola Ilesanmi reports that Amotekun commanders from Ekiti, Osun, and Oyo at the ceremony lauded Ondo state for being a pacesetter.
