The Ondo State Radiovision Corporation (OSRC) Media Group has commenced 24-hour transmission across all its platforms , OSRC Television, Orange 94.5 FM, and Alalaye 96.5 FM, in furtherance of Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s OUR EASE Agenda, which prioritizes Education, Accessibility, Service delivery, and Empowerment.
With this bold step, viewers and listeners can now enjoy round-the-clock news, entertainment, and quality programming like never before.
This landmark step strengthens the Corporation’s role as a critical platform for information dissemination, civic education, and public engagement. To enhance broadcast quality and expand coverage, management has successfully installed a C-Band satellite uplink, ensuring stronger, more reliable, and far-reaching signals.
The new development also positions OSRC for the digital switchover, enabling seamless onboarding of its signals on both state and national platforms.
By embracing round-the-clock broadcasting, OSRC Media Group is not only deepening access to credible information but also supporting the government’s vision of inclusivity, innovation, and effective communication under the OUR EASE Agenda
Speaking on the development, the Director General / Chief Executive of OSRC Media Group, Me Kenneth Odusola-Stevenson described the commencement of 24-hour broadcasting as “a milestone achievement in the history of the Corporation.”
He noted that the initiative is in line with Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa’s OUR EASE Agenda, particularly in the areas of accessibility and service delivery, adding that the move will make credible information and quality entertainment available to the people of Ondo State and beyond at all times.
He further assured that the Corporation would continue to innovate, adapt, and invest in technology to meet global broadcasting standards while staying true to its mandate of informing, educating, and entertaining the public.
