ATM reading: Lumos Nigeria ‘lights Up’ Ondo Schoolgirl, Dele Rasheed’s House

The sun of benevolence has continued to shine on 6 year old Ondo Schoolgirl, Dele Rasheed who came to global spotlight for reading at night with power from an ATM facility.

Henceforth, Dele will now read in the comfort of her house with a solar powered light provided by Lumos Nigeria.

Shola Ilesanmi reports that the company decided to light up Dele’s house to encourage her commitment to academic excellence inspite of all odds.

1500 Ondo residents to benefit from Igo Aketi Free Eye Glasses (VIDEO)

Over 1500 residents of Ondo state are to benefit from the free eyes glasses distribution initiative of Ondo state, Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu.

The initiative known as Igo Aketi which will hold across the three senatorial districts is to alleviate the sufferings of indigent people with eye problems in Ondo state.

OSRC TV Reporter, Shola Ilesanmi reports that the screening exercise was on the first day held at the University of Medical Sciences Teaching Hospital, Akure Annex and the State Specialist Hopsital, Ondo.

MISSING CHILD SAGA: SUSPECTED ARSONISTS REMANDED AT OLOKUTA CORRECTIONAL SERVICES

Thirteen suspected arsonists involved in the burning of Sotitobire Miracle Church, Akure on the 18th December, 2019 will now spend the Christmas and New Year at the correctional services facility on the orders of an Akure Magistrate Court.

Chief Magistrate Charity Adeyanju gave the order after the 13 suspects were arraigned by the Ondo State Police Command on Three-Count-Charge of Arson, Conspiracy and Murder.
